Cashew baklava

Cashew baklava
 
 
Cashew Baklava Ingredients:
 
Baklava
  1. 1 package pie sheet
  2. 250 g cashew nuts
  3. 200 g nuts
  4. 100 g sugar
  5. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  6. 1 teaspoon cardamom
  7. 1 teaspoon cloves
  8. 100 g butter     
 
Syrup    
  1. 350 gr sugar
  2. 100 g honey
  3. 250 ml water
  4. juice of 1/2 lemon
  5. a few cloves   
    
Preparation:

We on fire all the syrup ingredients and cook over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring from time to time. Then let it cool to room temperature.
Place nuts in robot flavors and sugar. Give some pulses to chop nuts, but not too finely ground.
Grease a piece of pie with melted butter. Place another sheet over it and repeat the operation. We will have 3 layers of foil, and anoint the one above. Then pliem sheets width to get a new 6-layer sheet. Put in a baking sheet that I put baking paper.
Add 1/2 of mixture flavored nuts.
Then make a layer of oiled paper we put over them well and put pressure remaining nuts. Finish with another piece of pie. Finally we have 3 layers of sheets of pie and two nuts together
Nice cut with a knife into squares or diamonds to the last layer of pie. Decorate with cloves, one for each diamond infigand obtained.
Then put in the oven at 180C for 40 minutes, until crisp .. An out and so hot, pour the syrup over the entire surface. Keep in refrigerator several hours before consuming it.
