Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:

8 or 9 eggs
300 g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
40 g cocoa

600 g chocolate
50 g cocoa
600 ml whipped cream
Glaze:
200 g chocolate
50-60 ml whipped cream

Preparation:For the cream, put the steam bath cream, chocolate and cocoa and stir until completely melted. We cool at least 5 hours.For mixing dough at room temperature butter with powdered sugar until sugar melts. Gradually add an egg and mix until double in size then add flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa and mix well until it becomes a homogeneous mixture. Wallpaper a tray with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes three tops each.Out cold cream and mixing until it becomes foamy and opens a little color. Put cream between tops, dress and cake edges in a thin layer of cream and decorate with chocolate icing.For decoration we use what we like. Example: sliced or whole fruit such as strawberries or blackberries or blueberries sons, or coconut, or grated white chocolate etc
Put the cake to cool for a few hours and it's ready to serve!
