Okra with chicken
Ingredients:
500 g okra
400 g chicken
1 large onion
300 g tomatoes
1 bunch dill + parsley
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons basis for food (chicken / mushroom)
2 tablespoons of ketchup
2-3 teaspoons flour
salt, pepper, marjoram, rosemary, thyme, paprika, 2 bay leaves put condimentelese taste.
Preparation:
Clean carrots and onions, cut okra stems, but not too deep, not grow them because they get the seeds to a boil.Put to cook in a saucepan in oil, sliced carrots and fry onion. After a few minutes, add the okra and cook whole remained low heat 4-5 minutes. Then add chicken chopped small, the basis for food, skin peeled and cut pieces, ketchup and water enough to cover okra.
Let it simmer on low heat 25-30 minutes with lid. Remove flour in a little water and add it over food. Season to taste. Longer yield 2 let boil, add chopped greens and ready.
